Certified Practicing Real Estate Agents (CPREA) has been officially recognised as a Real Estate Industry Body by the Western Australian Department of Commerce enabling it to provide full CPD point training for the industry, CEO, Rhonda Stacy announced today.
“CPREA is in the process of establishing a national registered training organisation (RTO) however we are delighted that the government in Western Australia has recognised the progress and purpose of CPREA”, Ms Stacy said.
“It is our intention to provide a new level of dedicated real estate training and we will be promoting several CPD courses for Sales and for Property Management within the next few weeks.
“We are also pleased that our communications with authorities in other states in regards to the provision of training have been extremely positive although not all require agents to achieve annual CPD point training.
“We are fortunate to have been approached by some of Australia’s best trainers who we will work with to ensure agents have access to courses that will actually assist them to improve their services, lift their skills and ultimately increase their results.
“Although the courses we promote will be available to the whole industry our accredited members will receive the benefit of substantial discounts for all CPREA provided courses.
“Our first CPD courses will be available in September and agents will be notified of details by email and via the www.CPREA.com.au website”, she said.
